The company was established in 1996 as the first company in Jordan to provide leasing services as a limited liability company with commercial registration number 4674 dated 11/4/1996. The company began providing its services to customers in the third quarter of 1998.

Advantages of the Arab company

It is the first leasing company in Jordan. It was established in 1996 as a limited liability company with a capital of (50) million dinars, wholly owned by the Arab Bank.

The Arab Company maintains the largest investment volume and the largest market share compared to similar financial leasing companies operating in Jordan, which number (12) companies, including (7) companies wholly owned by Jordanian banks.

The volume of assets financed through the company since its establishment has exceeded one billion dollars
